Questions we are often asked about

How do I make an appointment?

It’s simple. Select either the 1.5 hour (first sessions only) or 1 hour sessions and pick a date and time.

We will send you an email with the confirmation of the booking shortly after. The email will list the time, date and location of the appointment. A $120 (GST inclusive) deposit is required to make a booking. The remaining $120 is payable on the day.

Do you service my area?

Our hypnotherapy Sydney service is mobile for your convenience. We try to accommodate our clients as much as possible with our coverage. Please see the following map for our current servicing areas.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Policy

To protect the safety and wellbeing of all our clients from the transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be implementing the following immediately:

1. We request all our clients and clinicians to wash their hands with liquid soap or use anti bacterial sanitiser before and after each session.

2. We will refrain from handshake greetings and the sessions will be conducted from a minimum distance of 1.5-2 metres.

3. Please advise us immediately if you have returned from overseas within the past 14 days or if you have been in contact with an individual awaiting test results for or diagnosed with COVID-19. If you have any physical symptoms such as a fever, dry cough or respiratory difficulties, the session will need to be postponed immediately or an online session can be organised (see information below).

4. We can provide online sessions via the software Zoom which works on smart phones, tablets and computers. It is a secure online platform and doesn’t require the installation of any software. Please notify us 48 hours in advance at kaizenhypnotherapy@gmail.com and we will email you the link for the online session. Please ensure you have a working webcam and microphone and a quiet and private environment to avoid distraction.

5. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any additional changes to the usual therapy arrangements.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

From the confirmation email, there is a “Change/Cancel appointment” button. Click on that button and you can change your appointment to a different date and time if required. If you choose to cancel the appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notification. Please note a fee of $120 will be payable for cancellations within 24 hours or if you fail to attend an appointment without prior notice.

How does mobile therapy work?

It’s simple. You book a time and we come to you. The sessions will be done at the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a quiet environment with a chair or a lounge. Our hypnotherapy Sydney service comes to you to make your life easier.
